1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements. Information supplied during registration must be accurate and current.
2. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised account access.
3. Identity verification
PREMEX may require identity, address, source-of-funds and other compliance information before enabling particular account, investment, withdrawal or payment functionality.
4. Investment services
Investment functionality is subject to the rules, eligibility requirements, operating settings and disclosures presented by PREMEX. Operating divisions displayed on the platform are informational and do not necessarily represent a manual allocation choice by the client.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to minimums, processing periods, verification requirements, payment-provider rules and investment maturity or release conditions displayed on the platform.
6. Prohibited activity
The platform may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, abuse of referral systems, payment manipulation or attempts to interfere with PREMEX systems.
7. Suspension
PREMEX may restrict or suspend account functions where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, investigation or legal obligations.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when services, legal requirements or platform functionality change. Material updates should be communicated through appropriate PREMEX channels.
